We’ve all had times when we’ve done something that we’ve regretted. Maybe we were just really tired and not thinking straight and said something to our spouse that we really regretted. Or maybe we had a bad day at work and yelled at our kids when we got home. Or maybe we just made a bad decision at the store and bought something that that we didn’t need with money that we didn’t have which caused us stress from our screwed up home budget.
We’ve all been there.
But there is one kind of screw up that we never want to be involved in, and that is a screw up involving a gun.
Look, I love being a gun owner, and I think that everyone should, at the very least, consider owning and training with their firearm for self-protection. I’ll go further and say that I think that most people should actually own and train with their firearm (not just consider it).
But, for the love of all that’s holy, don’t be the gun-toting idiot that we see in today’s story. Abril Elfi writes,

In videos shared on social media, the 32-year-old suspect can be seen taking out his firearm and pointing it at the 21-year-old employee who tried to stop him from leaving the store.Â
Yes, a dispute over guacamole.
Now, I like Chipotle, and I love guacamole as much as the next person (maybe, more. My wife won’t touch the stuff.), but shooting someone over it? No. It’s simply not worth that kind of response, especially when I can buy some more for a couple of bucks.
I mean, if money’s that tight, should you even be eating at Chipotle anyway instead of eating double cheeseburgers across the street at Burger King for a fraction of the price?
But, no, apparently, something about guacamole incited this guy to pull a gun and shoot someone.
Unbelievable.
Yes, own a gun. Yes, train with it and carry it daily. But don’t shoot someone unless you’re trying to prevent grievous bodily harm to yourself or someone else. Guacamole isn’t worth someone’s life.
It may have started over Guac but if the 21 year old approached in a hostile and threatening way, as most 21 year old’s do thinking they OWN everyone, the if I were DA the 21 year old would be charged. I have not seen the video, and the 21 year old should have gotten a license plate and called the cops if it were that big a deal. The 21 year old acted stupidly and took the law into his own hands…PLAY STUPID GAMES, WIN STUPID PRISES!!!
Saying you haven’t seem the video, and making an assumption about the incident in the next breath is, well, stupid! I’ve seen it, and it in no way was escalated by the employee!! Still, it’s over guacamole! The employee didn’t pose a life threat, which means he had no right to pull his gun! The dude needs to be behind bars, without his guac! Maybe hold your tongue until you see it, don’t just blame the victim!
If the customer was feeling threatened by the employee then pulling a gun on him should have been enough. If that didn’t deter the employee only then shooting him would have been justifiable .
You’re stupid too! He wasn’t threatening the customer, and unless your life is in danger, you NEVER pull your firearm! Both of you need training or don’t need to own firearms! You have the right, but that doesn’t mean you should! You are a danger to everyone!

GUACAMOLE… The new GOLD RUSH !!! How stupid can a person get ? 🙄 I believe this stuff is a lack of having no religion and morals in one’s life ? Society is really going down the tubes ! I hope whoever got shot didn’t have to pay the ultimate price because of an appetizer ???
